Refunds 
Digital products

• After you have viewed or downloaded the product we do not offer refunds
• If, you made an accidental purchase please do get in touch via hello@wedshed.com.au within the first 24hrs since the time of purchase and we'll make an assessment.

T-Shirts

• Nobody likes receiving dodgy goods. We will replace/reprint items that are faulty - think delivered with defects or the incorrect design/colour/size. Thankfully, this hasn't happened yet but if it does, we'll be onto it.
• As our tees are custom-printed on demand, we're unable to provide an exchange or refund on 'change of mind' - this includes the preference of another size, or ordering the wrong design.

Consultations

• We're happy to refund at least 1 week prior to your consultation date, you can postpone up to 1hr before the consultation start time. 

Gift certificates 

• If for whatever reason you need to cancel the gift card do get in touch at hello@wedshed.com.au and we will cancel the card and refund less transaction fees.
